The Poetry Group

West Orange Arts Council Poetry Workshop group is comprised of poets and others with a love of poetry.  In a welcoming and productive environment, we  read, write and share works in progress, with the goal of improving our craft.

Why Poetry is Necessary -  Roger Housden,  Author, Speaker, Writing Coach

It says,  “Artists and poets are the raw nerve ends of humanity. By themselves they can do little to save humanity. Without them there would be little worth saving.” -Huffington Post Blog 06/26/2011 04:53 pm ET | Updated Aug 26, 2011  Read more...
